Behavior Observation and Coaching

Trained early childhood observers enter the classroom virtually or physically to observe the interactions between teacher and students and between individuals and environment to support the learning of all children. Includes free 30-min consultation to pinpoint challenges.

Price: $20/hr virtual - minimum 1 hour

$35/hr in-person - minimum 4 hours, including travel.

Group Training

Group training focused on behavioral needs of the classroom or cultural environments of the center or organization. Many schools struggle to build a strong team spirit--this will begin with a virtual 1:1 interview with all staff of the organization to identify strengths and weaknesses; help support the leadership of the organization define goals, and provide training. Can be ongoing or short term.

Price starts at $200/session

Leadership Focus

1:1 Support for heart-aligned leadership with access to group coaching, and community.

$25/hr individual coaching, $10/month group sessions
